Your Partner in Positive Change

My name is Diana Agnes Nagy, and I am a fully qualified and BABCP-accredited CBT Psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience in mental health. I have extensive experience in primary care settings, including NHS Talking Therapies (formerly IAPT) services in Oxford and Nottingham, working with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, and Vita Health Group. I am currently in full-time private practice.

I have experience treating depression, PTSD, and a range of anxiety disorders using evidence-based interventions. I have a particular interest in anxiety-related difficulties, including generalised anxiety disorder, phobias, OCD, social anxiety, and panic disorder.

I specialise in online therapy and am passionate about making psychological support accessible regardless of individual circumstances or location. I have also received specialist training in online therapy and digital supervision.

We all experience challenges with our mental wellbeing, and I believe therapy should be viewed as an act of self-care, just like looking after our physical health. However, facing difficulties alone can feel overwhelming, and knowing where to begin is not always easy.

My aim is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where we can explore and understand your difficulties together. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, with sessions tailored to your individual needs and therapy goals.

Together, we will identify the underlying causes of your difficulties, understand what keeps them going, and develop practical strategies to overcome obstacles, improve your emotional wellbeing, and build resilience for future challenges.

I adhere to the ethical standards and policies of the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and hold full professional indemnity insurance to practise in the UK and worldwide.

Get in touch if you are ready to take the next step towards a healthier, happier you.
